The brine steam bath is a special steam bath with an extremely high air humidity of 95% and a temperature of 50 °C. The bio sauna differs from the conventional sauna due to its relatively low temperature of 45-60 °C. It is therefore particularly gentle on the circulation and a successful alternative for all those who don’t like it too hot.
